Oct. 8th | How to Qualify Employers for Modern Health Plan Solutions with Level Health

Not every employer is ready to break up with fully insured. Some will cling to the old model no matter how painful the renewal. Others are already looking for the exit. Know which ones are worth your time.

Oct. 22nd | High-performance teams, positions, and performance reviews Strong teams start with clarity. We’ll talk about getting the right people in the right roles, creating high-performance teams, and using planning tools to track growth so everyone knows what great performance looks like.
Nov. 5th | Using assessments in the hiring and team-building process with Omnia and Kolbe Hiring and team-building are much easier when you understand both capability and environment. In this session, leaders from Omnia and Kolbe will help us understand how to evaluate the fit and likely success of team members in their roles.
Nov. 19th | Structuring compensation to drive agency growth (agency leaders only) Compensation sets the tone for performance. In this leader-only session, we’ll discuss setting producer validation schedules, designing bonus opportunities, generating revenue through the service team, and creating revenue-sharing models that reinforce the behaviors that move your agency forward.
Dec. 10th | Cadence of communication to keep the team engaged year-round Clear communication keeps teams aligned. This session will focus on setting a communication rhythm with tools like your Agency Annual Plan and the Transformation Tracker so your team stays focused on goals, progress, and accountability.

What is the 30/30 Soapbox Series?

Each session is an hour long, split into two dynamic halves:

  • 30 minutes: Expert-led training and coaching to provide practical, hands-on guidance for mastering business essentials.
  • 30 minutes: Open discussion and Q&A with your peers to share experiences, ask questions, and collaborate on solutions.

This series is about learning, applying what you learn, and building relationships with a community of professionals looking to do the same. Let’s grow together!
